1997 EZGO TXT Gas frame specs/bent
I am in the process of building a 1997 ezgo txt from the frame up. I have discovered the the frame looks to be bent in the rear. Looks like it may have struck something in the back. The measurements between the leaf spring mounting holes center of each hole to center are 27 inches on the driver side and 26 1/2 on the passenger side. Which one of these measurements is correct? Any ideas on fixing it?
Thanks in advance, Jordan. |

Re: 1997 EZGO TXT Gas frame specs/bent
Can anyone measure their cart and see what the measurement is from the leaf spring mounting bolts center to center?

26.5" to center of front mount and center of rear mount, But that is not how long your spring is because of the rear shackle that hangs from the rear mount.

Okay. Thank you very much. I looked everywhere for frame measurements on line and couldn't find them. I figured they would be in the manual.
