2014 redesigned txt won't make it up steep hills
I am hoping someone can help me. I am new to golf carts and experienced only in atvs. I just got a new 2014 gas txt. When I go up a steep hill 30 to 35 percent it will make it half way up and stop. I also noticed on other hills less steep it makes a rattle noise as it climbs it and you can definitely tell it is working. My question is, is all this normal or is there something possibly wrong? Any advise for a newbie is appreciated.
