Jakesnake27 that's kind of the same thing I do. I put the ball peen hammer through the steering wheel with the ball sitting inside the lock nut. Pull outward on the hammer as hard as you can while you wack the big end of the hammer with another hammer. It'll pop loose.

Crash I have a fire wrench. I am really good at taking stuff apart. It might never go back together , but I will get it apart.
Thank you Dave.H. we just got back from a small vacation and the wife spent more than I wanted to. I will get with you in the next few weeks, on getting one. Thanks for the fast resopnce. I was going to stop by a friends shop after work today and talk to him about cutting a section out and rewelding it. ( forget that now) |
