Default 1995 club car

On my club car I cleaned and replaced the brakes with new shoes and try to adjust but I have to push real hard on the pedal to stop..I also adgust then just enough to we're you can here the shoes barley rubbing then when I put the wheel on and tighten lug nuts I can't spin my wheel with my hand anyone gave any ideas

I'll admit to my stupid moment while doing mine and was adjusting with the brake set. Don't do that

Make sure the pads are on the right side. I had mine working about how you describe yours, there is very minor differences in the pads but its enough to matter.

I checked that seems to work fine until I put the tires and tighten the lug nuts and back to the same problem
