Is it ok to leave the key on without draining the battery?
2015 Yamaha drive gas.

Yes, unless a 12v light/horn relay has been added to kill accessories with the switch.

my g9 battery dies with the key off as well. I believe its the back-up buzzer... some times it works and sometimes it doesn't..... was looking to disconnect it but its hidden up on top of the back wheel.. too cold out to mess with in the shed right now so I'm just going to disconnect the battery while in storage.
