well...... I have labeled my cart quirky.....I think mine has to do with that heat sensor the goes from the battery plug on the cart side to the battery. sometimes If I come in from a ride and put it immediately on the charger it won't work. If I keep it unplugged and let it sit there for a while and then plug it in, it will plug with no issues. My theory is something has to cool down. I've noticed now that it is cooler outside I've had the issues less. I have not tried to replace that sensor since I have a work around.
