True but the led rarely go out, its usually the driver that goes out and 12v don't have a driver. They can be over volted and burn out but not very common today since such bright ones are available readily. You can find corrosion issues with cheap lights. Also on a cart odds are you will run a tiny fraction of hours a road truck runs them. But sure, a good name should be a better light, just saying a cheaper one may work fine on a cart as well.

Most that I've found around here locally at truck shops and trailer shops they all cost around $20 + - each. Now just to decide on led count, from 6 to 30 or more.
