Re: Vintage Eagle 36 Volt Golf Cart
After delays, my Eagle cart is now running. The master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and brake shoes all have been replaced. Next chores are mostly cosmetic. I found exact replacements for master and wheel cylinders. The master cylinder is same as used for the clutch on many vehicles. The wheel cylinder are "mercury" cylinders, ordered on internet. In retrospect, the local NAPA store could probably have matched them for me.
Recap: battery racks rebuilt, new batteries installed, and complete brake job as described above. Will post photos later, cart needs good wash job. |

Re: Vintage Eagle 36 Volt Golf Cart
My eagle is not running, busted battery and needs TLC, I will get it in the shop and fix up as Grandma and kids miss their wheels around the farm.
