Going with soeed gears will slow you down, it further reduces the torque your cart needs to go faster. Your best bet is the 350 Amp controller, then have it reprogrammed for higher speed and power. Your stock controller is just not capable of delivering the current to do what you want without damage.

I've done the reprogramming for carts like that, and it makes a big difference.

That's what I'd like to do, any part numbers you recommend? After that, how do I get it to you for programming.

Also just to be sure, the cart was sold to me as a 2015. Just like in vehicles it can actually be a year up or down depending on production date. Where do I look for a plate or identification number at?

There are two to choose from... E-Z-GO normally has them at a higher price than you might find elsewhere. But they are on sale right now, here are links...

When ready to reprogram you send me a PM and I'll tell you how to box it up and where to mail it. There is no charge for the reprogramming. You cover the cost of mailing both ways.

With the 350 Amp controller, and the performance programming, you will be the envy of everyone else with RXVs where you run it at!
