Let it sit for half an hour or more and recheck voltage, hopefully it'll climb above 36.3V. I got a bit over a 0.5V increase when I was checking the recover time on so T-105 batteries I was playing with.

Lead-acid battery voltage drops when amps are drawn from them, the more the amps, the more the voltage drop, and it takes a while for the voltage to recover.

Don't drive it any more until you get the batteries charged.
