2015 TXT Not Working after Reducer install

Hoping someone here can give me some ideas to check. Over the weekend, I installed a Voltage Reducer (lights, bluetooth amp, speakers) and battery meter and when I hooked everything back up, the cart doesn't work.

1. Flipped switch to tow
2. Removed all batteries
3. Ran Veego reducer (Yellow -> Bat +, Black -> Bat -, Green -> Keyswitch -> Red -> 12v Fuse Block, Memory cable -> capped), Cable from Bat - to Bus Bar
4. Lights (+ to 12v fuse block, - to Bus Bar)
5. Amp (+ to 12v fuse block, - to bus bar)
6. Speakers (LED lights) + to 12v fuse block, - to bus bar)
7. Battery meter (+ to main pack +, - to main pack -)
8. Replaced batteries
9. Hooked up positive (main power cable, 2 cables from charger port, battery meter, voltage reducer)
10. Hooked up negative (main negative, 1 cable from charger port, battery meter, voltage reducer, to bus bar) - small spark as expected with voltage reducer
11. Waited 1 min and flipped from tow to run
12. Nada - pack shows 51v on meter (which works), can hear reducer click on/off, card does nothing.

Will cart run if you disconnect voltage reducer? 😊

No, it won’t. That was my first thought. I’m taking it in tomorrow, I’ve done everything I can think of.

My first step listed was to flip the switch to tow, so it’s obviously not a series. Is that what you’re looking for?

Just to close this thread down, I missed a connection from the charging port. The cable that has a quick connect on it.
