Total charge III charger

I have a total charge III charger that keeps shutting off after 10 minutes, push the reset button and it runs again for 10 minutes then shuts down. Wires are warm going to the cart but not hot. Its putting in about 17 amps right now into a battery pack that's at 40.5 volts when charging and all batteries are at 6.5 volts when charging. The batteries are at about 50% charged, Any ideas why it shuts off?

Circuit breaker could be going bad.

I plugged it back in this morning and it's working, maybe the breaker needed to cool down and is getting weak. I checked battery pack voltage before i plugged it in and it was at 38 volts after resting overnight. I had some discoloration on one battery cable end so I took it off and cleaned it up, it didn't appear loose so I'm
not sure if that would effect the charging or not. The charger has been charging for 6 hours now and it's putting in 7amps, the pack is at 44 volts while the charger is running. If it acts up again I'll have to put in a new breaker.
