If you jumped the Black wire from the charge receptacle to pack negative then the OBC is not in the loop anymore and can probably be ruled out.

Make sure the Red wire from the receptacle goes to the pack main positive and make sure it is not corroded or burned where the connector is crimped on.

If that is OK, check the Pack voltage while the charger is plugged in and running and see if the pack voltage is higher. Then check voltage of each battery individually while the charger is on and make sure voltage has increased on each one.

The batteries were low on water and I was trying to get them charged up before adding distilled water. After the second charger acted the same, I decided to go ahead and fill them up. It took 4 gallons!! Not much hope for these batteries, but I left it charging late yesterday and see what it looks like today. Thanks for the help!!

4 gallons? Mercy. Safe to say those batteries are done.

You will see a lot of Black film floating at the top of the plates. Pretty much tells you they burned up by being exposed while charging.

Just as we thought, batteries are toast. Four full charge cycles and didn't get up to 49 volts 12 hours after cycle completed.
