I should clarify that I don’t know where the fourth wire goes from my old reducer. The third wire goes to the fuse box (which I believe goes to the lights?).

The fourth wire in your old reducer is probably the ground wire on the 12v side. One ground goes to the battery pack, and the other ground would hook up to your 12v ground electronics

So would I just choose a negative terminal on any battery to connect to? Or the battery at the end of the series?
