2019 rxv usb port

considering installing usb port on my rxv newly purchase and it has 2 wires under cup holder which one is black other solid yellow,volts read little over 13 volts with key on,and slowly falls down with ignition off,,,would those wires be a good source are can someone point me in the right direction,without doing harm?

That's ok, ezgo actually uses those wires for their own usb ports.
