Forward reverse switch and tps
2011 precedent. My neighbors dog chewed the wiring harness and I repaired them but solenoid won't click when I press the pedal.i have 11.8 volts at the green on the green wire at forward reverse switch with the tps plugged in and 0 with tps unplugged and my voltage everywhere else in the system is 12.8..crossed wire?

Loose or improper connection somewhere maybe. How was the harness repaired? Crimp connectors or solder? Hopefully not wire nuts.
Checked fuses? |
