Default I like my controllers fried...

So I installed a lift kit on my 2019 EZGO TXT 48V. I took on this task by myself and all went well until I started on the rear blocks. Long story "short" the axle/motor leaned back and arced the motor connections. Of course I switched the run/tow switch back to RUN right before to move it in the garage. The cart wont move... Solenoid clicks and battery power is fine so my research has told me I fried the controller. I consider it a forced upgrade to an ALLTRAX XTC-400 & CURTIS SW180 solenoid. Is there a good video online of the install? Anything I should know before taking on this install? The good news is my golf cart looks bad A$$, the bad news is it doesn't move

Nice looking cart! Sorry to hear about your controller.

I bought my controller from ScottyB and it wasn't that difficult to do. He had detailed instructions to make the swap. I haven't looked for a video though. These new controllers are easier to install because they don't need the heatsink. I mounted mine there anyway and did not use the universal adapter, but I didn't have to.
