Default EZGO TXT Rear Axles keep coming out

In the past 2 years, my rear axles have come out 2-3 times each. The bearings get replaced, the bearing/snap clips are inserted but still comes out. It's a 2010 EZGO TXT electric. I'm wondering if the axles themselves need to be replaced. When the bearings are replaced, the axle seems to slide in and set nicely. I travel to and from the golf course, approximately 2 miles each way. It's standard/stock, so goes 13 mph. Any thoughts? Appreciate any input.

Question: do you have both snap rings on each axle? 2 for each side a total of 4

Are you saying bearings slide on and off axle without much resistance?
Want to be sure of your description slide in and set nicely.

The bearings should have interference fit on axle meaning tight to get on and off.
Snap rings hold bearing in which hold axles in. Loose fittings bearing on axle could allow axles to slide due to wrong bearing of worn axle surface.

I'd check that the rims are not bent. If one of the rims is cocked, a rim would be acting like an slide hammer on the axles.
