How do I get more steering angle after installing a lift?
I recently installed a jakes 4" lift on my club car precedent and I miss the angle of the stock steering is there any way I can get some more angle at full lock?

was iI had a jakes spindle lift that killed my radius as well I hated the kit!!!
I did read that they keep a stop on the spindle for safety and protect against roll over that can be ground to gain some radius. I just replaced the kit with a new allsports OEM kit and its be far night and day better and has an even tighter radius than the stock lift. |

The steering arm is longer on the jakes spindles which makes it easier to turn when you have large tires. It also prevents the tires from rubbing on the frame.
You might be able to drill a hole closer in on the steering arm, but you're usually better off getting an A-arm style lift. |

That won't change anything, and you wont have enough threads on the tie rods to make the toe angle correct if you did that.
The hole needs to be closer to the spindle, so the effective diameter of the steering arc is smaller. |

Are those 22” tires on a 4” lift? Do the front plastics and wheels rub at all when sharp turning or bumps?
