1979 Taylor-Dunn
Hello everybody I am new here, but been reading for a while and now I need a little help.
I have an electric 1979 Taylor-Dunn GT371, basically all in good shape, change a few of the electric parts that where either burn or look bad, then find that the motor needs new windings, local shop quoted me $100 to $400 depending on how many needs fixing. Anyway, yesterday I got myself a gas Columbia Par Car and now I am looking in getting rid of the Taylor-Dunn, it even has the original ashtray on it so I was wondering how much should I ask for it, a few people told it is a classic and it is worth a few hundred dollars even if it is not running. Any suggestions? although the roof and the windshields are not installed I have them, it is all original, it just have a little damage in the front driver side which I have mostly straighten and it is almost not noticeable. |
