I am offering up my 1991 Yamaha G5 Sun Classic. $3,800.00 Runs Good, Fast and Strong. Oct. 2014 Batteries, and charger included. I've kept it very Stock, original controller and operating system, I also still have the original steering wheel. Perfect for a full on Restoration project by a collector. All lights work, including the dash lights, even the horn and the horn lever are still intact. The seats are in need of reupholstering, and Windshield has some scratches, I plan to re-do this over the winter. I am not interested in giving it away cheap!! We still enjoy using this cart, wherever we go people just love the look and uniqueness of this cart. I have included a picture with the 12" wheels to show you how good it looks with modern wheels, however I am keeping those wheels for my next cart. I purchased new standard wheels to put on for selling. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC, where golf carts are supposed to be. If interested, please feel free to call. 843-907-0077 Peter

I have never seen or heard of a V-Twin put in one. The engines are so tall mostly the require a lift. G5 front and rear suspenssion, is like cars now a day's, Mcpherson struts. If your talking about a G3, it's very close to the G1 chassis. Putting a Vegas Carts clone kit in would be no different then in a g2/g9/g8 really. Would I ever put a V-Twin in one? Heck ya I'd cut the top off, cut the windshield down and make it a "speedster" Great thing about the G5 is the body parts are made out of "Metton" (same as watercraft hauls) you can work with it same as fiberglass and repair it or do what ever mod's you can dream up!
