When to add water
Having a brain fart. When do I add water...before or after charging ?

After charging,but if the plates are not covered ,add until they are then charge.Check the "stickies"

Like he said. AFTER fully charging. BUT first check to make sure the plates are covered. ONly add enough to cover the plates about a quarter inch then charge. After charging them fill. The reason for this is to keep from boiling over. If you fill them all the way before charging they will boil over and get acid everywhere.
Distilled water only. |
