Can you tell me if you are getting power to the controller when you push the peddle? The meter would read pack voltage with the test leads on B+ and B- of the controller.
Did you test and find the solenoid to be working properly? |

i have voltage at b+ and b- before depressing accelerator like 42 volts then it rises as i depress accelerator to 50.2 volts is testing the motor next ?

ok switched out controller with d and d controller led light on controller comes on when depressing accelerator but soleniod does not click got no volts to 2 small posts on soleniod ,got 51 volts to large posts on soleniod when putting black volt meter to -battery pack any suggestions

after finally checking soleniod i am getting full pack on test scooty b gave me i also have full pack to controller b+ and b- changed all micro switches still no go soleniod does click ,i have high speed gears in the rear could one have broken or came apart if the motor is running would i hear something ?thanks for the replies

after 3 months of replacing any thing i could think of i decided to take out all the batteries so i could check all the wires in the harness when i saw the a2 wire hanging ,well the a2 wire that comes out of the forward and reverse switch the nut and bolt that holds it together gave it up managed to get it out put in new nut and bolt equals fixed thanks every one for your help especially scotty b good man
