Sounds good, I assume an aftermarket motor? Then cable change out? Solinoid and controller? Currently getting 14mph, 30% increase gets me to 18.2 mph.

My wifes cart HS motor does 25. Only upgrade.

Send your motor top Plum Quick, they should be able to get you close to 25mph with just a rewind. Add 4ga cables and you should be good to go.

Installed 4g cables with new batteries, how about 400-500 amp controller?

400-500 amp controller will help but your motor is whats limiting you right now. PQ can rebuild your 48v series motor or you can get a 36v series motor from them for an extra $100.00 I think. If you do go up to a 400-500amp controller, you will need a HD solenoid also. Give PQ a call and see what they say will be best for you and go from there.

Their number is busy because 2 of my cousins have had their carts there the past week and they are still asking Carson questions. The phone is much better for a response than email though.
