Depends on what you want . . . I just look at the neat stuff, find something I want, then the search begins for best price . . . I got my rear seat kit from Trademarkcarts.com (site sponsor) and very pleased with it . . other stuff was from ebay and google searches . . . lots of places to buy from and prices range from reasonable to ridiculous for same item, so don't buy first one you see . . .

So I bought the cart! I loe it. It really seems to be in good shape and what I knew would be the case, you guys were right. About 7 trips back and forth up the hill on my street and the battery indicator was in the red. I know I will be looking for a deal on 6v batteries but until then is it safe to charge on the clib car charger? It seems to go a steady speed of slow up hills. Is there any safety features that I can bypass for better performance?

I am glad you like the cart. It would be best to get your battery situation resolved before we talk about performance. Performance will only modify the problem.

I can't see that you have a choice unless you charge each batt individually on a 12V charger. My old 84 with the 3/12V charged with the CC charger fine. If I had any idea then, the first thing I would've done is go with six new batts in that thing.

What ever you do, just try not to skimp on the new batts, and read all about taking care of them and breaking them in right.

Major congrats on the new ride...I bet you'll love it.

Yea I am going to put it on the. Gather when I get home from work. I was scared to leave it on it overnight I don't want to mess anything up. I'm going to look into getting the batteries for it but that may be a few aka out. It ran great until it died lol. It goes uphills very slowly though. It still has power and pulls but slows down. I was thinking maybe that's a safety feature? I dont know. The body is in great shape. Brand new tires and stereo works great. Very happy so far. I have some big plans for it. Painting it next weekend.

Saw all the posts talking about Erlanger KY being your hometown. I grew up in Erlanger too, we lived down the street from Super Bowl. I didn't graduate from Lloyd but I knew lots of people who did. I graduated from Holmes in 92. (Long story about why I went to Holmes) but I lived in Erlanger all of my life and know the whole Northern Kentucky area really well. My mom still lives in Erlanger.....
