Trademark carts rear seat kit
bought a rear seat kit from Trademark. I had it for about a month before I got around to installing it. When I put it together the holes in the seat frame, where it pivots are misdrilled so the seat doesn't fold properly. I have sent them two messages on their website with absolutely no response. Don't waste your money with Trademark Carts, they do not stand behind their products

I just received my 6in lift combo from them...showed up in three days!
Everything was great except one tire wheel combo was flat and had a sticker on it with "wheel leak" and an arrow pointing to the rim. I aired it up and it was flat the next day...I will call tomorrow and see where that gets me. So far I`m disappointed they would box it up and send it out , but will give them a chance to make it right. |

Have had nothing but good luck with them l, even with a faulty rim.

Wow... I would hope they get back to you. I bought the rear seat from them and am really pleased with it. I have emailed them about other products as well and always received a reply with in a day or two. I hope they make your situation right for you!

I find them to be excellent to deal with . . why not call them this morning? Have your order number handy . . . I am sure they will work it out for you . .

My install went well today. The instruction sheet that cosmetic with the seat was horrible, but the directions on their website were very easy to follow.
