If you look close in the pics it looks like the fwd/rev switch is between your legs.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I see a F/R lever by the driver's knee in the last picture also, so it might be a Series cart.

Each battery should have a letter and number stamped into one of the battery lead posts. Make sure they are all the same. The letter is for the monthe e.g. B = Feb. and the number is for the year.
