Default 4 Post Controller to 3 Post Controller

So i understand I am supposed to connect the 2 cables connected to A2 blade on the controller together....However, I only have 1 cable on the controller and it goes to the FNR.

A2 is post furthest left.

What should i do?

Here is the diagram for Ezgo 4 blade controller. Study it and tell us where does your motor A2 cable go?

EZGO saved some cable on later units by running a cable from A2 on the motor to A2 on the controller and another cable from A2 on controller to C on the F/R.

Older units had a long cable from A2 on motor to C and a cable from A2 on controller to C.

If the new controller doesn't have an A2 terminal, just leave the cable from A2 on controller to C on F/R off.

Here do you mean just do not connect it to at all? Leave C on F&R without a cable from controller?

I am not home so i cannot look at it, but just want to make sure. I will look at it in a few hours.

That's right just remove the A2 controller cable to the F&R.
