Annual lube maintenance brakes

So, my new cart calls for annual lube (lithium Grease) of brakes. Problem, is, not sure where to apply grease. Understand lubricating slider inside drum, but can't find any pictures or videos of where/how to lube what it is calling for. Even infers can be done from back?

Did notice Onward has fewer grease fittings in front, not sure why, but way simpler than old DS.

Anyone with pictures or a quick video and willing to share would be helpful.

Don't really need to do much of anything for the brakes.
The only lubrication point is the slide where the lever comes through the backing plate, but if you put too much grease there it will get all over the shoes and ruin your brakes. The tiniest little squirt of grease on that is more than enough.
Most of the time just knocking the dust out is all you need to do.

Grease fittings on the front are only on the king pins. Keep them clean and well greased to avoid wear of the king pins and bushings there.

Yeah....brakes 'n grease are not the most friendly to each other. I've found that if I just take my air compressor....use a mask when you do this...and "blow out" the accumulated brake dust is all that's necessary.

Interesting. Thats how I treated my old DS. I reached a mechanic and he said club car now has a schedule of every 50 hrs or 6 months that the slide be lubed and the brake pads removed and the lithium applied behind them where the metal touches metal. Every 6 months pull your brake pads seems crazy!

On an electric cart with a regen system you barely even need to use the brakes.
Gas cart, little different, although if it's operating properly brake usage can still be limited if you lift off the throttle and let the engine do most of the slowing of the cart rather than waiting until the last possible second.
Every 6 months may be about right for a course cart that gets ran through like a vietnamese escort. Personal cart, I would maybe bother to look at them once a year.
