Default Swing arm bushing removal

I am about to take my frame to get it powder coated, but I need to get these bushings out.
Does anyone know the easiest way to go about this? Seems like it's going to be a pain.

I would try a ball joint press or a C clamp and a couple of sockets imo.

Since they have an outside metal sleeve, those bushings are a bear to remove.

I used a propane torch to melt the rubber enough to knock them out. Then used a hammer and punch to finally get the metal sleeves out. Those sleeves are pretty thin so once you get them bent and wrinkled with a punch or chisel, it's easier to knock them out. Good luck!

I appreciate the replies.
I went ahead and ordered 2 new replacement bushings.
So I think I'm going to go ahead and cut them out.
I just can't see how it would be possible to get them out without messing them up.
