96 TXT project
Picked this up for $100 and have been having a blast fixing it up. These are addicting. It is a 96’ TXT 36V (soon to be a 48v with Alltrax) went with 23” tires and a 6” lift new batteries, 2Ga wire, HD forward reverse switch.

Looking good. The $100 seems cheap until the day you finish it and look back at what you spent...lol. But it’s worth every penny.

Update. I put a demon motor from plum quick and she is pulling 28 mph! With just me. I also a rear seat so it is still a heavy cart with the extra batteries also. What a huge difference in speed and torque

Congrats! Looks great, and runs even better I'm sure!! Did you go with 6- 8V or 8- 6V? You said extra batteries, so I was just wondering.
