The function I'm still working on figuring out is Acceleration and Deceleration. These are very straight forward in Low speed mode.
06.02.20 - FWD Acc LSM
06.02.21 - FWD Dec LSM
These are very straight forward as a Accel and Decel Time.

But the high speed mode is what I cannot figure out. I've tried 06.02.04 through 06.02.15 and they seem to have not affect on acceleration and deceleration. I'll do some more test soon to make sure I didn't miss something.

Josh,

High Speed Mode:
06.02.04 - Fwd Acc Full HS - Set the acceleration time when the full accelerator pedal is pressed and the speed is higher than the "High Speed" point
06.02.05 - Fwd Acc Full LS - Set the acceleration time when the full accelerator pedal is pressed and the speed is higher than the "Low Speed" point;
06.02.06 - Fwd Acc Partial - Set the acceleration time when part of the accelerator is pressed
06.02.07 - Fwd Dec Full HS - Set the deceleration time above the "High Speed" point after the accelerator pedal is released
06.02.08 - Fwd Dec Full LS - Set the deceleration time below the "Low Speed" point after the accelerator pedal is released
06.02.09 - Fwd Dec Partial - Set the deceleration time after partially releasing the pedal

thanks for clarifying. That makes sense now. Not sure why they didn't just make it 2 parameters like on the LSM.

I have done 2 new Icons in the past few days and 33 mph is the best I could get. If you change the KpH to 56.4 (35.04 mph) and write it to the controller it appears to "take" but if you go to a different tab then go back, it shows 56.4 then reverts to back to like 53.1 KpH (33 mph).

I have found the following acceleration settings to be great:
06.02.05 - Fwd Acc Full HS - From 10 to 5.8
06.02.05 - Fwd Acc Full LS - From 5 to 3.5
06.02.06 - Fwd Acc Partial - From 20 to 14

I changed all of the motor current limits to "400"

Anyone have an idea on getting the speed to 35 mph and increasing the torque for hills??

I appreciate this group and all the information they have shared!

Check the value of 06.01.01, my guess is you have hit the 7200 RPM max with a value of 53.1. I'm still trying to figure out why these are different on some carts. For 7200rpm on mine, I can enter 60.1kph.

Would you mind posting the following:
03.03.03 - Gear Ratio
03.03.04 - Tire Diameter
01.01.01 - Frame ID
01.01.02 - Configuration ID
01.01.03 - FW ID
01.01.04 - FW Ver
01.01.05 - FW Interface ID
01.01.06 - FW Interface ver.
01.01.07 - Parameter ID
01.01.08 - Parameter ver

Can you hit 33mph now with your settings? And how is it on a hill now that the current limits are raised?

**I did just read in this thread that 33-34 is the most one can get. Apparently it will take 56 KpH which I did not try yet. 56.4 would not take. Will try on the next one and report back.

Many thanks for the feedback JAG. I am pretty sure I changed that to 7200 but will verify after I get back from a trip. I have found several data fields that will "limit" another that you have changed that is under a different tab. At least that is what it appears. Will be nice once we all figure this out and have a "set" of line items to change to achieve the speed, torque and acceleration we are searching for.

the problem is it will vary based on controller current limit, tire size and axle ratio at a minimum. one config profile won't fit all of the options. :(

Has anyone been able to verify if they are selling them with different axle ratios? I've asked several people that are having issues with getting a higher speed to post some parameters, but no one has yet.

I went through it all and compared everything on mines to your factory setting and the only difference was 06.02.02 and 06.02.02. Mines 6000 max and yours 7200. And axle was 14.1. I looked under cart and it’s 10.5 on rear ended so changed. It was at 34.4 and after changing that and my new tire size it bump it to 54. something and can’t adjust any higher. Cart did 26 (gps) now 30-31 (gps). Raised all the current limits and acceleration is great. It’s only getting to around 5700 RPM on the monitor
