g2 motor seized, wat ar my options

ok so i was driving my g2 one night, was running great but then it just started slowing down but the engine was still running the same rpm, it finally quit moving but the engine was still running real high, so i let off the gas, then i go to got on the gas and the starter just slips, i figured it was just the start/gen belt so i load it up take it home next day i cant even turn the motor to take the drive belt off to put the new start/gen belt on. i am running 23" tires with a 7" lift, and just put a new clutch on bout a month and a half ago, then a new drive belt about 2 weeks ago. havent pulled the motor out yet but am wondering wat damage i might have done and wat my options are for fixing it. already looking at the big block kit but dont have that kind of money right now! any help is greatly appreciated! :)

If it won't turn over by hand, etc... it is seized and will have to be rebuilt unless something is damaged really bad.

could be a broken balancer inside the engine

ok so i got a new engine today, 13 hp honda, not exactly wat i wanted but a good price from my uncle, so i am curious wat i need to do to make the clutches mesh now, if i put a comet 44 clutch on the engine wat do i need to change on the rear driven clutch?
