i see what your saying and after rereading my post i meant to say "without" issues, because honestly mine runs ad starts with very little truble,miniumal choke and drive pretty smooth.just lacks "speed" and i realize it's realative term.thanks for the ideas to get processes started.

I assume you disabled the governor. Make sure the throttle at carb is all the way open when the pedal is floored. Exhaust valve open. Clutches shift all the way, tires aired up in rear. Not a lot more to do without modifying the engine or larger tires/gears for more speed. However it should get some rpm after a ways wot they keep revving higher and higher.
