1996 EZGO Gas EH35C Motor Clutch Threads
Hi, Everyone,
I recently bought a project cart, and I am having a hard time getting the clutch off. The threads inside the clutch are damaged, so I cannot use the clutch removal tool that I purchased. I'd like to buy a tap, but I am having a hell of a time getting the correct size. I haven't found anyone local that sells taps/dies this large. A local place put a nut on it and thought it was standard 3/4 x 16 pitch, but I purchased a tap/die online and that is definitely not it; the die will not screw onto the clutch removal tool threads. I think it's actually a 19MM but not sure of the thread pitch... 1.75? Any one know for certain? TIA! |

Its a 3/4th - 16 fine threaded . Someone before you could have messed it up.
