Ok, I'll bite, what is cc and HP?
only thing that comes to mind is cubic centimeters and horse power.

Rule of thumb is 15-17cc = 1hp

so a 250 would only be only be 14-16 hp. I have never heard of that way to figure HP. I have a 100cc 2 stroke that puts out over 25. Realisticaly there is no way to figure HP by CC's. WAY too many varibles

ther is way more involved to figure out hp. compression/stroke/cc of head/bore all play role in hp.

I have a 490cc 4wheeler that puts out about 38 hp. EZGo 400cc kaw eng only put out 13hp. thats a 25hp diff in only 90cc.

Bad boy mowers (not the same as Bad boy buggies) makes a utv with a 400cc enigne that runs 55mph and produces 30hp or so according to them.

You would need to take your car to a facility that has a dynomometer and test it. Of course that will give you the power at the rear wheels. If you want engine power (at the flywheel) you will need to pull the engine.
I am curious, why do you care?
