what belt is longer than a stock 96 ezgo? a part number would be helpful. one to two inches longer

yes it has a Polaris ATV 4wd front end also if you notice the rear end is wider it is 7 inches wider then a stock one. we took a left side g8 gas cart axle on left side. then the right side electric g8 is longer on the right side. so the rear end is over all 7 inches wider. if you look you can see that the center section is in the center stock golf carts are off to one side. this cart has no wheel spacers in the rear.

Why would "crazyclay" mind ? We all want to see custom builds in pic's. He and you should be proud of the fab work so far! Can't believe I had to go to a gas ezgo thread to see a awsome Yamaha project. How in the world are going to "hook up" the front differantial ? Thanks dave

he will be posting all the pics threw the build soon on this him self. i just didn't want to post to much pics yet because it is his cart not mine. i want him to start his own thread for it when he does he will tell you how its going to work.

The new motor is a Rotax 440. The cart is a 90 Marathon. The old motor was a Robin 244
