Yamaha G1 Year model????
I have what i think is a G1 cart and it has a model number stamped in the rear square chassis rail which is J21 000 111. i cant find this model number on any yamaha model charts or anywhere on the internet.
Can anyone please help identify this cart, year, model etc. Any help would be appriciated. Thank |

It is pretty rusted up but im sure it says J21. Very confusing because even when u google it nothing comes up.

The numbers/letters aren't always stamped real good. It's possible that the 21 is actually 24 which would make it an '83. Had a hard time reading mine until I wire brushed it and then cleaned it with some simple green.

I thought that aswell but the same number is stamped on the engine and its definatley j21.

its a 1980
last bit of numbers is the cart number like (1-2-3 oot of say 10000) found the link somewhere about years and serial number after the letters |
