What is the black round thing plugged in under the nose of my G16A

I don't know it is attached to the frame up under the body is black round about 2 inch in diameter

that was the very first thing I unhooked on my cart. Its the back up buzzer like some one else said. its possibly the most annoying sound in the universe.

It's not a great idea to disconnect it--better to use duct tape or an ear plug stuffed in the hole to quiet it down. I like to know if my cart is in reverse, and moved the buzzer to under the seat so I can hear it better with the big block.
