Tonysr1124, I'm running a G2 rearend in my G1. I put the G1 axles and tubes on the G2 differential. Bolts right up and keeps the rear centered.

There are different configurations of axles/tubes.I used 2 RH tubes, they are 4" longer than the left,to get the width I needed for the Marathon.I sealed the threads of the bolt with some RTV.Use a gasket for the housing-seam,it also acts as a shim.I run 75-90 Synthetic.I did learn this,Don't run it on an open swing-arm like an EZ-Go,the RH-housing can't take the flex.G2 swing-arms are a closed design, and the axle sits on top.I snapped the RH gear-case where the axle bolts to it.I JB-Welded the snot out of it,and added an axle-truss,it broke again.

Do you have a line on new gaskets for the case? I will definitely need one!
