Why do I have to pump my gas pedal to get the cart to take off?
My g-9 cart when I stop I have to pump the pedal to get it to go. If I just give it gas it pops etc. It only does it after you have rode it a while.

You say it pops, is it turning over?

Yes it turns over and pops and finally will take off. Or you can let it sit a bit and it will finally take off. Pops through the exhaust

Mine was kinda acting that way the other day, so we went for a long ride (6miles) and it backfired once when it was good and warm and a bunch of black **** shot out of the muffler- all good now, runs better too! Thinking maybe I should BBQ the exhaust.
