It sounds like the pedal ms has failed. Disconnect the blue wire and test it in the air. It should produce 48v + when the pedal is depressed (key on, in gear)

Red to battery +
Black to battery - Green 0-5v as the pedal is depressed Blue delivers battery + when the pedal is depressed |
