Battery post problem
Smelled burning while driving and.m noticed the black wire was burned through (temp sensor wire?) and the post was melted down slightly. Im new to this so forgive my stupidity but is it safe to drive/charge and does the battery need to be replaced?

Loose cable. Get it cleaned up and fix the cable end and it should be fine get it as tight as you can.
