red fault light on cold charger
I bought a used ezgo cart and it runs fine. I tried to charge it tonight and i get the red fault light blipping. Since it does not have any heat is it safe to assume it is not charging?

Re: red fault light on cold charger
it can be a few different things, bad cable connections, a shorted battery etc. if you can, try your charger on someone else's cart or their charger on your cart, kirk

Re: red fault light on cold charger
If you have a volt meter, check the voltage at each battery post. I think there is a min pack voltage to engage the charger
