Weird Charger fault code

Ok, bought a 2006 pds, and had new US I think 1800's put into it. Was delivered on Friday. I drove it for about 2 miles between friday when it was delivered, and sunday (day after the storm). Then it sat until today. I know I should have charged it before now, but we didnt' have power.

Anyways, so today I go to charge it for the first time since I got it, and when I plugged it in, it went red/green/red/green/red/green/red, and then the light went out. I re-plugged and got the same thing. Actually, when I replugged into the electrical outlet, I got nothing, but when I re-plugged the cord into the cart, that's the only time i get the code.

Anyone know what this might mean? bad charger?

Make sure you plug the charger into the wall outlet BEFORE engaging the charge plug into the cart.
