Default New Battery install. Now what?

I have just replaced all 6 T105's in my TXT.
Bought it used and when the batteries crapped out on us it has sat for a couple of years waiting on new ones (not cheap in Mid TN.)

I have read many differing break in procedures but not sure which way to go?.

I have also read about various charge settings and am not sure if that is something that should concern me (no options on my charger (pic attached))..

All are in and cleaned and wired. Looks great.
Now...
Put on charger and "top off"?
Run it as is but no more than 1/4 or 1/3 and then recharge?
Any issues w/ my charger I should know about?

Any advice to lengthen battery life is appreciated..
