Looking fierce Scotty. Did you have to fab a mounting plate for the head lights> My bumper is a piece aluminum angle tha matches othe rear so I assume it is an old stock piece. I'm tryin to finish the paint this week and install accessory electrics. Did you have to use some sort of voltage reducer or just tap from 12volt and fuse the circuit?? Randy

The headlights are bolted thru the aluminum piece you mentioned. Just had to have longer carriage bolts. I always suggest a voltage reducer. This is a 48v cart now with six 8 volt batteries...
