Not charging after 5kw Ac conversion
Weird issue here. I put in a 5kw ac and 600amp Navitas. Ran great until the batteries got low. Now I notice that it's not charging. Not charging is probably inaccurate. Testing with my voltmeter, it goes up when the charger starts, but as soon as I unplug it drops quick! Like 10.7 volts to 9.2 volts in ~30 seconds. Another weird issue that may have a clue. When I turn to tow/run switch to tow, the backup alarm comes on. When the cart is in the forward position and the key is off, it makes a ticking/clicking noise from the backup alarm area under the dash area.

Re: Not charging after 5kw Ac conversion
Are there any setting in the Navitas app that could cause this if it's set incorrectly?

Re: Not charging after 5kw Ac conversion
To rule out the Navitas Controller, could you try charging the cart in TOW?

Re: Not charging after 5kw Ac conversion
I tried that, but didn't check to see what the voltage was going when the backup alarm came on. I will try that tonight to see if there is any changes when in the tow position.
