Does it crank when hot?
If so, have you checked the crank seals?

If it cranks good, check the two crank seals. There are many places on here that describe how to check them.

Good luck with it. The seals are likely the culprit. Cost about $8 a piece, but can be a little time consuming to replace.

Something else to consider. Get it hot and then open up the bolts between the exhaust to create a gap. Does it start now? If so your muffler is blocked with oil residue and needs a barbecue. This is quite a common issue with the 2 stroke Robin, I am about to give mine it's annual roasting.
