As title says how do i remove the seat from the g2? I have a dinar cart with nice front and rear seats. And top. So my goal is to swap the front and back seat t my cart. Anyone know how to swap sweats or remove the front seat and also how to remove roof supports from the side pillar on the donar cart? Thanks

Ok. So I think it's a few bolts under the seat and should be able to swap easily unless you guys know something I don't? How do I get rear roof supports off the back where the slide into the side pillar? I'm not home which is why I'm asking. Thanks hope someone has a quick answer. Also I hope that the front seat comes off easy as a few bolts aND not having to take the whole front cover off thanks.

4 bolts hold the seat cushion . Flip up the seat and there they are. As for the seat back and top, remove the side panels: there are 4 push in retainers on each side. They will probably snap off when you try to remove them. No big deal most auto body supply stores sell them. They are made by a company called Aveco. After you get the panels off you will see the bolts holding the seat back and rear roof supports. Nothin to it

That is one clean donor cart......... I'd almost hate to start taking parts off it. Nice wheels too.......

What size are they and are you looking to sell any parts?

The cart your putting the seats on looks great too and I can understand why you want a top on it. The top on my G1 is pretty trashed with cracks, but still nice to have one on it and duct tape does wonders to cover cracks. LOL

I would love to have the side pillars. To get the top off you will need to remove the side pillars. Push the center part of the plastic rivots out and pull the outter part out and you will find the bolts that hold the back of the top. the front is just a couple bolts.

New seats and top look great. Need some plastic rivots now for side pillars. Yes the donor cart was in excellent condition was hard to bargain down any further then the 400 how clean it was now my g2 is looking slick. If I cant get this cart off in a month I'll part it out if prices are right. The wheels are crazy all 1 piece look sweet.

Looks good with the seats and top. In the sun even my crappy top with duct taped cracks is nice.
